What ages does the kids' program accept?
Our Kids BJJ classes accept kids between the ages of 4 and 13. Teenagers 14 and older are encouraged to attend the adult classes.
What do I bring to my first class?
We recommend bringing a Gi, water bottle, thongs (flip flops), towel and a change of clothes. If you have a Gi, we will lend you one during your free trial.
For No Gi BJJ, bring a rashguard, shorts and leggings.
How often should I train?
We typically suggest engaging in 3-5 sessions per week to maintain steady progression in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
